Art Centre Culture Bank is located in Oulu’s historic centre, on the southern side of Franzen Park. The main entrance is on Kajaaninkatu, opposite the park.
Please leave coats and bags in the locker cabinets at the ticket office.
ACCESSIBILITY
The staff assists persons with reduced mobility at the entrance. The exhibition rooms are accessible.

The main bus routes of Oulu public transport run near the Art Centre building; there is a bus stop in front of the building.
Bus number 9 from the airport stops in front of the Culture Bank building.
